As a more elderly customer, dropping small objects (like screws, nuts, washers, etc.) can be a real pain, both figuratively and literally. The telescoping magnets are a real boon. Just grab one, pull out the magnetic head and you’re back in the game. You don’t even need to see what you’ve dropped. Magnetism, what a concept.

Magnets Loosen & Screw Off
I wanted to give these 3 1/2 stars. Major complaint is that the tips are loose and are screwed on, see photo. In the description they state that the screw off head is an advantage, but it's really a Disadvantage. I had to put an epoxy on each of them so they wouldn't unscrew and fall off, Especially when you are reaching into an area, as I was, and the head falls off!
