Shockingly works!
I am shocked that this stuff actually works on blemishes. I didn't expect it to look like tar since it didn't say charcoal anywhere in the title. The ingredients do show charcoal and I have used many charcoal products in the past. I was a little skeptical though, but I gave it a shot. Happened to have a minor break out right when it arrived, so it timed out well. I have to say, this stuff works. I dabbed it on before bed and let it dry, by morning the spots were probably 80% gone. That is really impressive to me. Within a few more days they were all gone. It usually takes my skin about a week to clear, so using this product definitely cleared it up faster. I only wish it wasn't black so I can use it during the day as well. But since it leave a black spot wherever you apply it, you obviously can't.

(Almost) Overnight Clearance
Okay, this container may look small but it absolutely packs a punch. Since it's a spot treatment, you really don't need much- and a little goes a LONG way. The topical treatment is black from charcoal, but that doesn't stain or leave any marks.I've tried numerous "overnight" treatments and those pimple-patches, but this is one of my new go-to saviors for a pesky pimple or whitehead. After having acne as a teen, I've taken better care of my skin and now only get a bump or pimple every now and then but of course it's always in one of the most obvious spots! The first time I tried this was shortly before bedtime and let it soak in/dry before going to sleep. After my typical morning routine including cleansing, I was ASTONISHED. This is way more powerful than a patch and not drying (or staining!) at all like other drugstore/OTC products claiming to zap a zit.Overnight: almost!Benefit: absolutely, on the spot.Repurchase: for sure!

Works without drying my skin out
This is a tiny jar of black colored ointment that stays on overnight to calm and reduce blemishes while helping prevent new ones. Despite being almost 70 I still get the occasional pimple (ridiculous but true). I've had one darned spot that hasn't gone away despite using charcoal soap and other products, so I tried Accelerate on it. This also has charcoal in it so it does make your skin look black where you dab it on, but unlike most other anti-blemish treatments, this also contains moisturizers and humectants to protect the skin barrier and moisturize while it works. Over the course of using it for two nights so far it's managed to reduce the visible spot I had from being red to barely noticeable, and it's shrinking the the couple of bumps I felt beneath the skin as well. I'm pleased that it's producing visible results while also helping to prevent future breakouts. The one downside is that the charcoal tends to rub off on my pillow case though, so I might use it more on days I plan to stay at home rather than overnight. The container of it is small, but it takes such a little of it to dab on that it should last a long time making it a good value for the price.

Absolutely Works
This product earned every one of its stars. I was worried when I saw such a tiny container for $34, but you need almost nothing to cover a blemish. It’s a black thin paste. It dries down very quickly, and did not transfer on my pillow over night. In the morning water alone completely removed the charcoal treatment, and the raised blemish I had last night was completely flat and barely noticeable in the morning. There’s no excessive dryness or irritation where the formula sat all night either. I’ll 100% be using this, and if it continues to work this well on blemishes I’ll be a repeat customer.

Charcoal spot treatment
I was so surprised when I opened this spot treatment and saw that it was black! After checking the ingredients, I realized it contains charcoal as a main ingredient. I was also surprised at how little product was in the container—it looked only about half full. I looked up promotional videos of the product, and they show the jar as full, so I’m not sure why there's a difference. As far as efficacy, I tried this on a few different blemishes overnight and didn’t really notice a difference in the morning. My blemishes were the same size and didn’t look any more soothed or reduced compared to if I had used nothing at all. That was a bit disappointing.I do appreciate that this product is fragrance-free. The paste did dry down after a while, so it didn’t leave any black smudges on my pillowcase, which I appreciated.I removed two stars due to the lack of product in the packaging and the fact that it just didn’t seem very effective for my type of blemishes. I do like the novel approach of using charcoal as an ingredient, but this formulation just wasn’t the best fit for me.

Excellent Acne Spot Treatment
This acne spot treatment comes in a nice but very small jar; however, a little goes a long way since this is a targeted treatment. I deal with occasional acne, so this is a great option for me. I simply use my pinky finger and dab some out of the jar, apply it to any blemishes, and gently rub it in and let it dry. So far, it has not dried out my skin too much or caused any irritation. I do believe this works, but it will take repeated use or just as needed to see how effective it is. I do like the ingredients, especially that it contains charcoal, which is a good way to absorb excess oil in a safe, natural way.

Works!
I have used this acne cream several times and it does work. It’s very effective. I have sensitive skin, and did not have any issues with it. The only down fall is it is charcoal, and can leave a spot on your bedding if it’s light colored. I applied the lightest layer possible to help prevent stains.
