Front Fiber part is broken after few days of purchase. The quality of the product is not good as price.

⭐ Rating: 1 star (If zero were possible, I would give zero) This has been the worst purchase I have made. I bought the LuvLap stroller expecting basic durability and functionality. Unfortunately, after just 3–4 months of normal usage, it has become almost unusable. Major issues: Reversible handle/seat mechanism has completely stopped working. The stroller is no longer reversible, which is one of its key selling features. Folding mechanism is stuck. I am unable to fold the stroller at all, making it extremely inconvenient to store or carry. This is unacceptable for a baby product that is supposed to be safe, reliable, and built for regular use. There has been no rough handling or misuse from our side. Given the price and the brand promise, I expected far better quality. Instead, the stroller failed on core functions within months. Strongly NOT recommended. Please look for more reliable alternatives before buying this.

The Luv Lap Galaxy Stroller is a well-designed and reliable product. It is sturdy, smooth to maneuver, and provides good comfort and safety for the child. The folding mechanism and overall build make it very convenient for regular use. I would also like to highlight the excellent support I received from Ms. Pooja Nayak. A part of the stroller was delivered damaged, and she helped arrange a replacement very promptly and with great attention to detail. The issue was resolved quickly, which gave me confidence in both the product and the brand’s after-sales service. Overall, I am satisfied with the stroller as well as the professional support received.

The product is sturdy and have good cushioning which is good for baby's comfort. However, since it is heavy and big, it is not folding with one hand and sometimes not very comfortable for the parent to move it . Built wise it is good. I use it only for walking the baby nearby so don't have experience for its ease while travelling. It was stuck sometimes, but I got customer care support from LuvLap and the issue was resolved.
