Looks great on our WeShed deck! Easy instructions. It took this 69 year old woman less than an hour to put together in 92 degree (96 feels like temp, so I took a few breaks) to put together. I was moving a piece at a time to the deck. I’m sure a younger/fitter person could have done it in less than 30 minutes. I like the hydraulic hinges, so the top doesn’t pop up and off. It holds both of the Adirondack chair cushions. (Only one shown in picture.) I sat on the finished deck box and it felt sturdy. I’m short so it was a little to tall for me to sit on easily, but it’s for the cushions not seating. Only a couple minor things I will add to it: Velcro or some other means to keep cushion from blowing away and a strap or something else to grab hold of to open lid. It only has a small hole to lift with. But those are minor.

So far so good. Assembling this storage box was pretty simple, directions were straight forward. One has to remember to tap the bottom into place. Might look like it has nowhere to go but trust me, tapping with a rubber mallet will seat the bottom piece in. Material looks to be sturdy enough as long as no abuse is thrown it’s way. It’s meant to hold items, and a reasonable amount of weight sit on top, not be used as a jungle gym for rowdy kids/pets, so keep that in mind when handling this box. It should last quite a while as long as one respects the box’s capabilities and limits. The hinges close the lid smoothly, but I would recommend closing the lid with two hands, with one hand on each end of the lid so it closes completely. Closing the lid one handed either on one side or in the center will put stress on the entire lid and in the long run this will do more harm than good. A little caution now will save wear and tear on it in the future. Again, respect it’s limits of what it’s made of and you will be fine I bought this box to use as a drop box for packages and will sit it on pavers then bolted from the inside bottom to the pavers to keep anyone from stealing the entire box. The box will sit outside my driveway gate but under trees, so hopefully that will add some small amount of protection from the sun. At the end of the growing season next year I will update it’s condition after having gone through a 9 1/2 month growing season of heat and rain. I bought the black box, which looks nice in person. I wont be using the lock feature so cant attest to that function but it looks like any lock would do, even fat ones, just drill the hole out a little more (no brainer, duh)to accommodate a fatter lock. The pieces were well packed in such a way as to not break or bend. Packing consisted of foam on the corners for extra protection and it done it’s job. Overall, Im satisfied with this item for the 53.99 + tax I paid for it.

Love this storage bin! Can fit a lot of items, keeps cushions dry, easy to assemble can do it by yourself in 10 mins! Light weight so easy to move around even when full. Top has a cushion to sit on as well not a bad seat! Worth the money!

Purchased to store my garden stuff in an area where they are easily accessible. This definitely does the job. I am happy to get my lawn chairs out of my spare bedroom and outside where they should be. It was very easy to assemble as most of the parts just snap into place and then the lid has screws for the hinge. It is also very cute wicker looking sides. The price was cheap for this type of item and you can definitely tell by the quality in materials. The plastics, it is made of, is cute pattern but thin. One of the sides already came with a cracked edge(see picture). As it was in the middle and didn’t seem to impact the overall stability or functionality of the item I didn’t return it. The back portion also came bowed making the hinges about the only thing holding the lid open(wouldn’t snap in as instructions directed it was suppose to). Because of this I wouldn’t trust my family (most over 200lbs to sit on the top. Good news is this is not why I ordered it so I really don’t care this is not an option. Not had outside yet so not sure on how well it keeps bugs and water out. I will let you know when we get some rain. Overall, doubt will last long but cute, easy to assemble, and functional(at least one function—storing items). I would recommend for someone wanting this for a short term (like me who is renting and don’t know how long I will use it or have space outside for it.
