Great little compressor, as quiet as you can get.

So far so good.... just a few days old.

I have other compressors in shop. I made a rolling work bench and wanted air without running a hose. this fits just fine . will be used for blow off and brad gun. works well. why no 5 star? air cleaner is a joke. max pressure pop off is part plastic. pressure regulator has single adjustment,should have high and low setting adjustment. the biggest complaint is a vibration. on the concrete ok, under the table not so much. and yes it is sitting on 1/2" rubber pad.

For years I used a pancake air compressor for various projects around the home like building fences. Recently, though I got to where I didn't want to use it because it was so damned loud! I even purchased a rechargeable battery operated brad nailer for my last project, but that didn't work well because it was so heavy that it was exhausting to hold for more than an hour or so (especially for jobs that required holding it above your head).This air compressor is a much better solution. It works better than the old one and makes a fraction of the noise the old one did--just a low pitched rumble rather than the jarring ear-piercing roar. Also, this one, though heavy, is easier to carry because of its slim profile. The flattened sphere of a pancake air compressor made it awkward to move around, but this one is much easier to carry by its well-located handle. Yes, I am very happy with this one!

Excellent quality tank and motor. Easy to maneuver around, not extremely heavy.

My old air compressor tops out around 80 psi. That was sufficient for blowing away swarf and metal dust, but falls short of powering some air powered pistons that require 100 psi. My expectations were very low when I ordered this small compressor, but I was proven terribly wrong. This is a very impressive mechanical package. It not only performs as advertised it also exudes high quality manufacturing . I am a mechanical collector of sorts and I appreciate anything that does the job and looks good in the process. This little compressor fits the bill in a very good way. I know that you are probably just looking for something that quietly provides compressed air and this unit will fulfill that requirement easily and look good doing it. I really like it. I recommend it.

First the bad. This arrived broken. The cover for the start button was flopping around in the box and I cannot get it attached anymore. I have to use two hands to start this now. I have to push down on the cover while pulling on the button. For now it works. So minus one point.Other than that this is really awesome. It fills up very fast. Really fast for its small size.It also holds air and refills on the fly really fast. I have a bit larger air compressor that cannot keep up with blowing sawdust off my work. This keeps up the pressure on the fly amazingly.This is also very quiet. The most quiet air compressor I have ever been around.I also like the on/off valve on the air compressor output. This means I can charge up the tank and take it out in the field for emergency tire fills for example.
