This product is AMAZING. I was a very, very heavy chain-vaper. I have used these for about one week now, alongside some nicotine gum. My journey is not perfect however these have really cut me back. I hardly reach for my vape now due to the consistency of the patch delivering nicotine each day and night. Everyone’s journey is different. If you are going through one disposable each week (vape), and your sleep is super interrupted due to vaping- don’t hesitate to buy these and give them a try. They might be too strong for some people but I knew it was the right choice for me after having a history of using 50mg vapes for a few years.

Was a constant vaper for like five years, switched to lozenges last August and am ready to be done with them and properly wean myself off nicotine. These patches are strong and work effectively. Gets rid of any cravings I have. A full patch might even be a little much for me so thinking of switching to half a patch in a few days then less and less. So far, the patch made me a little lightheaded and dizzy at first but I think it’s because there’s more nicotine in the patch than i’ve even used as of recently. So i’m happy to cut it in half and do less the next few days. I highly recommend these patches if you want to quit your addiction.
