I really liked the deep red option that gets down to joints and bones. Normally it would take a couple weeks or 4 weeks to feel a difference, but I notice my pain melting away as I use this. I just do the lowest setting for 10 minutes, but I have accidentally pressed other buttons while using it. I purchased dog laser goggles and red light ski goggles for using alongside this product. It was packaged so beautifully so it works perfectly for a gift. I really like that it can be charged. There is more surface area and lights on this model compared to others. This was great value for what I received and it was easy to charge and use, but I thoroughly researched and read the instructions anyway. It stays pretty cool as I use it.

Amended- Theoretically good. A little bulky and awkward when wearing. BUt the most disappointing thing is that both USB cables malfunctioned and broke and melted part of the plastic on the end panel. Really dangerous and maybe due to UK voltage. I got in touch and while it took a while to sort out the issue, they offered a full refund without the need to return. I am very thankful and pleased with he customer service

This product left me feeling a bit disappointed. Based on the images, I fully expected a complete kit that included a belt for easy, hands-free use. And the pictures also showed a stand that goes over your face where you could easily use it in the bed, What I received was only the red light device and its stand. It’s a nice light, but without the wearable belt, it doesn't fit my needs for moving around at home. I simply wouldn't have ordered it if I had known.
