This is worth more than $20
I don’t understand why people says “it cracks”… ITS A THIN SHEET OF GLASS THAT PROTECTS YOUR SCREEN. Of course it’s going to crack when you drop. I bought this product 4 months ago and the top corner of my screen has a SMALL crack. Why does it have a small crack? Because my phone fell from a +6ft height. Why do people have extremely high expectations is beyond me but, this product is amazing, no scratches even though I have it in the same pocket as my pants, it does not decrease my swiping or interaction, etc.Bubbles were easy to remove. What I like to do is put a small flat object on the side of the protector to where the screen slightly lifts up towards the bubble. And then I push that bigger bubble down with my other hand towards the edge where I lifted the screen. The functionality of the is perfect and sometimes I forget I have even a screen protector. I can barely see it.But now I have to buy another one cause I lost my spare screen protector lol

Bubble, bubble. Toil and Trouble due to Poor Design.
This was a total waste of money. I could not remove all of the bubbles due to the application method with either screen protector. For smaller devices, it might be fine. For a screen this large, there's too much contact surface. Installation using the tray is not easy as the raised bevel on the camera makes the phone rock during installation, leading to uneven application (one side making contact first, then teetering to the other and trapping bubbles in between the sides).I wish I could get my money back on this. Instead, I'm stuck buying a Zagg.

One of the two was deformed; warranty claim site doesn’t work
I applied the first screen protector of the two (the one that comes already in the installation frame) as instructed, and it seemed like it went well, until I removed the frame and saw this line of bubbles at the bottom and a few near the top. I was able to remove the ones at the top by lifting the edge of the glass with the squeegee and smoothing the bubbles out as it was lowered back down. This did not work on the bottom, and as I was looking at it, I noticed there was actually a deformation in the glass - a dent in a line which you can see in the picture is trapping air. I tried to take a picture of it after removing the glass from the phone but it is very difficult to get a picture of; I did take a video and you can see the light reflection on the screen bending around the dent.I assumed this one was ‘dented’ due to having been shipped already in the installation frame, and tried the second, which was shipped in an envelope with a foam cover around it. This one was fine, installed perfectly, any bubbles were easily gotten rid of.Whatever the case, I paid for two pieces of glass, so I followed Amazon’s route in my order back to Flolab’s website, which the instructions that came with the thing told me I must use the warranty claim form on due to having bought it off Amazon (if you buy it on their website, you can just return). I filled out the entire thing, verified my humanity thru their captcha, and hit submit. It never submitted. It shows a ‘loading’ circle for a couple of minutes and then it acts like you never did the captcha, never hit submit. I tried multiple times. After a while I wondered if this was a trick to put people off making warranty claims and after seeing they’d expect me to pay them shipping for a replacement, I’m sure overpriced shipping too, I came here. I ought to file for a return through Amazon, all of this considered, but I have the second piece of glass on, I don’t want to to take it off, and I’m tired of this already. If the inability to submit my claim WAS an attempt to put people off, it worked. I don’t have time for this.As for the performance of the piece I did manage to install successfully, that remains to be seen.

Highly recommend, it's a great product.
I am giving this product 5 stars because it is easy to install, and the quality is amazing!First impression, the packaging is professional. Comes with all the tools you will ever need.Installing this screen protector was very easy. However, it's probably my first time using the alignment case to put on a screen protector so I did mess up in the very first part. I did not push down hard enough so when I lifted the alignment case, the screen protector came off the phone. It was resolved by firmly pressing down when putting the alignment case on. There were still bubbles after I installed it. The big bubbles were easy to remove, but the small ones are tough. You have to go hard on the small bubbles to really get it out. After getting the bubbles out and cleaning it up, I gotta say it looks super clear and satisfying. Feels like the actual iPhone glass itself to me.

Good protection- rainbow edge
Works great for screen protection, but it has a rainbow prism along the outer edge which is annoying. You get used to it

Easy to install
This was by far the easiest screen protector I have ever put on a phone. I seriously think reading the instructions on how’s to apply took longer than actually attaching the screen protector, lenses protector, and the phone case.

Difficult to Install, Had to use both to get a decent installation
I was so excited that this came with 2 in the package. However, that did not make a difference because I had to use both to get one installation to fit properly. I wanted to complain on FloLab's website, but I would have to pay for shipping to get replacements, and honestly, I now have the screen protectors on the phones so don't need replacements. I had to buy four packages of 2, to do my four phones. So it was $80 for 4 phones when it should have only cost me $40. I am not sure I would purchase these again because it wasn't the deal I thought it would be. 3 Stars because I wasted $40, and once I did get the screen protector on it took a long time to get the bubbles out.

Easy to apply.
I never use a new phone till I have a case and one of these on it. My last phone,a 14Pro, looked brand new when I traded it in. Worth the price. I have a friend whose phone seems to always be cracked, and I've told them to get one of these.
