I Work in a Laboratory and have extensive QA/Calibration experience dealing with mass balance instrumentation. I have purchased these for personal use, non work related. I was a little dubious at first expecting quite a level of inaccuracy, turns out I needn't have been worried! They do a great job, and I have checked the weighing accuracy against calibrated 1g and 10g weights. Build quality is fantastic for the price too. :)

If buying these scales you will definitely need to buy a calibration weight as when they arrived they were uncalibrated

I bought these scales for my son who is weight training and needs to weigh his food. He is over the moon with them as they are very accurate which he needs, they are also small and compact and take up no room in his back pack when he's at work. My son says these scales are one of the best things I've bought him, think he means useful lol.

I bought this as a travel scales as my son has T1 Diabetes, it worked great when i got it but after it was in my hand luggage i can't seem to get it to weigh anything. It just stays on 0g all the time.
