Initial taste is good. Pineapple! A little aftertaste.

Know how vitamins smell when you open the container? That's how this tastes. With a bit of blue raspberry trying to mask it. I don't think I'm making it through the pack.

I recently stop buying name brand energy drinks and decided to try a healthier version. I really enjoyed this drink. It tasted great, had blueberry flavor. It has a nice, refreshing flavor and plenty of caffeine, also 200mg of Caffeine and 27 Vitamins & Minerals , I love that it’s low sugar and only 35 calorie. Price is also reasonable. Not too sweet. perfect for me.

These energy drinks are reasonably drinkable with only minor sucralose / chemical taste. The ingredients are plainly stated and seem quite a bit gentler than other energy drinks. I can drink ⅕ of a can and achieve a good amount of energy, so one full can is a good value. I handed them out at work and 4 out of 5 people liked the drinks.

When the product is good, it’s excellent — great taste and effective energy boost. However, quality control is a recurring problem. Roughly one out of every two or three cans has a sour taste and off-putting smell, making it undrinkable. I’ve experienced this consistently across more than six 12-packs ordered from Amazon, GNC, and Huel’s own website. Unfortunately, this isn’t an isolated issue.When I contacted Huel’s support, they asked for details from the defective cans to investigate, but offered no refund or credit. That response, paired with the frequency of the issue, makes it hard to justify continuing with the product. It’s disappointing, because the formula is strong — but the reliability just isn’t there.

What caught my attention with trying this energy drink was the low calories & 27 vitamins and minerals. Love to see there is zero artificial flavors and is plant -based. Now for me the caffeine is a bit on the high side, so I like to have this energy drink in the morning after eating breakfast. I think the flavor is pretty good. I can taste more of the pineapple with its tanginess. Great to have on hand for those days you need a bit of energy.

This is close to being a great energy drink option for me. Low caffeine, sugar, caffeine content, and has a lot of healthy benefits in it that most energy drinks would never have. In total it claims to have 27 vitamins and electrolytes. I actually love the blue raspberry flavor. My only complaint is the artificial sweetener, sucralose, gives it a really fake sweet aftertaste after about 2-3 sips.It’s a good value for the money, at around $2.80 a can, especially for a healthier alternative energy drinks. If you don’t mind artificial sweetener then this is will be an excellent option for you.
