Sybil Dorsett was the most famous multi-personality ever treated. This book describes the history, treatment and recovery of Sybil. It also looks at the likely reasons for dissociation and the very different and autonomous 16 personalities. It is a tragic story with an uplifting end, written in a documentary style rather than a fictionalised account. A fascinating read.

Absolutely compelling....what an amazing horrific story !!! Either in DVD or the book version ( I have both ) I was hooked. Highly recommend . In the DVD Sally Fields is superb !!

Arrived quickly and in good condition. Really interested in the subject - would also recommend the film of the same name and the film 'the three faces of Eve'.~This book is really interesting and can go more in depth then the film has time for.
