I got this for my kids so that we have activities to do leading up to Christmas. I took a peak already and I absolutely love that the builds are not too hard. My kids have been doing independent builds similar to this one and these look pretty simple. The instruction sheet has large pictures of how to build the structure, but the final build is not featured in the instruction sheet (at least for the first one I opened). Despite this, all the structures are available for viewing on their amazon product page. It looks like the builds get bigger as you move closer to Christmas, which I think will be really fun for kids who really love to build. This could also be a family bonding experience with the family. Overall, I think it is a great product and recommend it.

Want a fun and interactive count down to Christmas that doesn't involve chocolates? Then this is a really great option. There are individual lego kits in each day that offer a variety of little things to build. But also these little kits offer a variety of skill level so depending on the skill level of the child they can be created without adult help. Best part as the days count down then the items become more fun to play with not just put up as a decoration.

Der Adventskalender ist simpel, aber erfreulich und die Klemmbausteine darin sind von einer ordentlichen Qualität. Entsprechend der Thematik sind die Teile in weihnachtlichen Farben und zusammengebaut ergeben es weihnachtliche Gebilde und Figuren.Grundsätzlich besteht der ganze Kalender aus Papierschachteln, welche für die Tage nummeriert sind, und die Anleitung samt Klemmbausteine enthalten. Dabei ist die Rückseite der Anleitung für das "große Set", welches die Gesamtheit der Teile umfasst.Die Papierschachteln sind zwar schlicht, aber in Ordnung und so stabil, dass sie auch für kommende Jahre verwendet werden können. Bei dem Klemmbausteinen zeigt sich ein ähnliches Bild, die Qualität ist völlig in Ordnung, aber nicht das obere Ende der Messlatte. Gerade Steine die "Metall" bzw. Gold(?) darstellen sollen, wirken etwas lieblos - eventuell soll es auch Holz sein.Insgesamt ein toller Kalender, der mit vielen besonderen Steinen und kurzweiligen Sets überzeugt.8.5/10

What I like about this advent calendar:- a little bit of play for the 24 days leading up to Xmas!- makes a fun family activity- at the end you have two magical Xmas decorations that you have builtDislikes:- boxes come numbered backwards so have to redo the box to go in order- instructions are not so easy to follow and there is no picture of the completed toy in the daily instructions- THIS IS NOT FOR 3 YEAR OLDS!However with all my dislikes, I still would recommend this calendar, especially those young and old who love lego and putting things together! Price is very affordable for what you get.

This is a great advent calendar for any kid who is a fan of Legos. These sets are easy to build for both my elementary and middle school aged kids. They enjoyed the variety of different themed items. Each box contained a sealed bag with the blocks and directions for that piece. Nice price point if you are looking for a cute Christmas set with a lower price tag than the Lego ones.
