This ink works just like the factory ink. Excellent value and excellent product. Print quality is great.

I only used the black ink , it worked fine for a few weeks and after that the printer did not work with it , unfortunately the return window closed and now I have to spend money buying a OEM product , save your money and don't buy this.I changed my review to 5 stars ,not because the product worked but because of customer service . I wasn't expecting anything because I respect the return policies of any vendor and since I don't use my printer often,I discovered the issue after the return period expired , nevertheless, I was contacted by the vendor and they offered a replacement unit or refund, I didn't reply back (I forgot to do it) a few days later a refund was issued and that deserves a 5 stars review ,not too many companies back their product after the return period has expired .

No problems installing the cartridges and there was no issue with the printer recognizing the cartridges. The quality of the prints are great. Great value for the price will definitely keep buying from this store.

Update: I initially rated 5* when I first purchased. However, a couple months later, Epson has pushed a Firmware Update that has rendered these cartridges unusable. :( The cartridges cannot be recognized by my Epson XP 4200. I only downgraded to 1* to warn future buyers, but the ink really did work great! Epson is just a really anti-consumer company.Original Review:Installed with ease in my Epson XP-4200 printer. I had been having trouble with other off-brand ink after the recent firmware updates, but that wasn’t a problem with these cartridges!I’ve printed dozens of full-color, 4x6 photos on the highest color quality setting, and none of the ink cartridges have dropped below 2/3 full just yet. I’m especially happy with the color payoff on premium semi-gloss and ultra premium satin. The ultra premium ones look like they were developed photos! The ink quality definitely rivals Epson’s pricier cartridges. I’ll definitely be repurchasing!

Bought these to keep on hand until I needed them. Well, today I NEED them. NOT RECOGNIZED! I guess I'll throw them in the trash, be late on my project and order some Epson cartridges. What a let down. Selling this crap should be illegalUpdate: the company read my review, apologized for the inconvenience and offered me a full refund. I have to respect them for stepping up.

I really like the ink cartridges and they worked great up until I mistakenly updated the firmware on the printer. Now the printer will only take original Epson-only cartridges. Bummer!

Great quality ink! Prints are sharp, colors are vibrant, and it worked perfectly with my printer. Will definitely buy again.
