Swiss roll mats waiting in the wings.
I have just obtained these two silicone Swiss roll cooking mats and do not intend using them until I’m ready. The mats are extremely supple and I feel sure that due to this they will perform just as the sellers predict.

Not fit for advertised purpose
Tray is far too small for a Swiss roll, not deep enough to contain a rising sponge , and too bendy to sit unsupported in the oven.Not fit for advertised purpose

Useless
Absolutely useless. Not anywhere near deep enough and so bendy it is impossible to put in the oven without putting it on a metal baking sheet to keep it flat. Not fit for purpose.
