Great quality blinds - I had some other bamboo blinds from Homebase that look really cheap and useless by comparison. Ordered one to try, have now ordered two more of these to help shade my balcony from oppressive sun. Not sure why they are called blackout - they are definitely not blackout which is clear from the pictures, but that’s fine by me...I wanted some light to filter through but is considerably softened. Knocked off a star as the wood poles at each end, while smooth and nicely finished are untreated so if you're using these outdoors, could go mouldy/get damaged. Planning to bring them indoors for winter but I might paint the whole thing with polyvine to withstand summer showers. Easy to attach and smooth action to raise and lower. The enclosed hooks to fix the top to a wall/ceiling looked a bit flimsy - they are probably fine but I already had more heavy duty hooks which I used in case of wind. Similarly the 2 prong hook for wrapping the cord looks a bit lightweight and flimsy but I'm not using it.

Well packaged. The blind itself is good quality, but the top and bottom parts are untreated ramin type wood and the fixings are very flimsy. I have painted the wood parts as weather protection in the hope that the blind will last longer than one season. The light transmission looking outwards is excellent and the blind does stop sunlight reaching the window pane. For the price I think the seller could and should have used heavier duty fixings and top and bottom strips.

Well worth waiting for. They are super quality and absolutely beautiful. I am so happy how fabulous they look in our bedroom. Thank you! A note of caution though...they arrived packed in bubble wrap and need to be very carefully opened. I accidentally damaged one of the strings when I cut the package open. However, I am thrilled with this product!

Pedimos 2 persianas a medida y tardan en hacerse, pero vale la pena la espera. Están bien hechas, son de buena calidad y tapan muy bien el calor en nuestro balcón ahora que el sol pega fuerte en verano. Se nota mucho la diferencia de temperatura con y sin. Como se ve en la foto, son una solución ideal si has puesto una red para evitar que se caigan los gatos por el balcón y no puedes poner un toldo tradicional. Muy recomendable. 😍😸🙌
