I like using these bandages for my mom who is on palliative care, and spends a lot of time in bed. They cover the area needed very well, the foam pad gives her better coverage and comfort. The bandages do not irritate her skin like most others do on her delicate skin. I wish they weren't so much , but they are worth it. I recommend them for use any pressure ulcer on the backside.

This is an excellent product. The wide adhesive seal stays in place, yet is gentle on the skin. The three piece tabs are easy to manage, and can be controlled using the center portion first for placement. The left and right tabs can then be easily removed one then the other to smooth the edges. This assures a seal with no lumping and folding of the adhering edge. A+

Not being too mobile, I tend to get chair sores (scar tissue) same like bed sores. The Silicone Foam Dressing helps to alleviate some pain & reinfecting that area. The size above works well for me because I cut it in half to give a wider covering. It’s pricy 10 for $29.00 but it sure ease a lot of discomfort from movements like stand/sitting. Another great thing it doesn’t stick to your skin and the adhesive is good that it doesn’t fall off when I use the restroom. If it sticks you can spray with water or rub the edges with baby oil then tape that area to put a fresh one on. I hope this helps.

Delivery was a bit slow on this one, due to weather. Great product, perfect packaging, good quality product, especially for bedridden individuals.

I used These for my Dad’s bed sores. They were very effective. The padding is great and it covers the area very well.
