this hair colour is grey not black. The colour makes my hair feel greasy and grimey and doesn't feel refreshing or uplifting. The consistency means that the hair colour doesn't cover a lot of my hair so would only be able to colour a few strands, not my whole head. It isn't be obvious the hair colour and just looks really bad. I don't like this and I think its a waste - don't get grey. i think it is better for short hair where it won't look as greasy and will be easier top apply.

This hair wax dye sort of works. On opening the pot my immediate thought was why is it grey/silver and not black? I thought I’d try it anyway. It’s a very soft squidgy wax so I don’t imaging it would hold very well for styling. I wet my hair and rubbed about a grape size amount through my hair. It definitely darkens it but I wouldn’t say it makes it black. It washes out very easily. It also runs off easily so I’d advise against touching your hair with hats, sofas, pillows or anything else while you have the wax on. From the listing it is mostly aimed at kids so I guess this is why it’s so easy to remove. Disappointing it’s not the colour suggested!

Looks good, works well, but needs to go onto damp, clean hair for best effect. Seems to wash out quite easily.

The media could not be loaded. It will soil the pillow unless you wash it out, so typically this is better for the occasion use, cosplay or halloween cosplay etc..Nnot for every day to use like a hair wax, it's not strong enough to hold the hair on it's own like some of my other hair wax.To use it when hair is towel dried 80-90% wet, apply small amounts at a time, and work it in and style as usual, might be better to use some proper hair wax first to give it more hold, then when dry, it still comes off onto my hands, the moment you sweat, or get hair wet, the black slides down onto my face. It washes out really easily.I personally didn't like it, mainly because of the colour isn't dark enough, it's like a dark charcoal, black but with dusty grey tint on the edge. If you colour your hair pitch black you know that is true black, but this wax is too runny and doesn't last long for the cost of a professional styling wax, it's not good value for money, on anotoher note it's not 100g it's 60g.To make this product better, I would make the wax dark pitch as black as the night sky, make it a bit harder so little goes a longer way, add more quantity like 150-200g for 9 quid, since for cosplay you need to cover the whole hair, black wasn't dark enough, but maybe the other colours are better, it will work better for people with lighter hair colour.Beware don't goto bed in it, the pillow will be saturated with colour.

Now I looked at the picture and thought that looks grey not black but thought maybe just a bad picture so gave it a shot anyway.I received the item and it looks nice, feels a nice texture in hand when applying and does adhere to the hair nicely.Unfortunately for me the colour was true to the pictures and not the description. I have gave it 3 stars because of the colour disparity but I would have given it a 4 out of 5 or maybe even a 5 out of 5 if the colour was accurate to being black.I would advise against getting it on the description and go based on the pictures which seems true to colour.It does wash off quite easily but as stated, was the wrong colour so was of no use to me.
