When we tried to complete the installation of the fountain, it became quickly apparent that there is a defect in the faucet: a nearly 1 inch long split in the brass casing. I would like to keep the wall fountain, but can't find a way to get the company to send me a replacement faucet. We have already prepared and completed the wall upon which it is to be placed.

I bought this for my wildlife rehabilitation cabin to use as a sink as well as filling fresh water for my intakes. It’s unique and that’s exactly the eclectic look I’m going for.
