Taste amazing and perfect for low carb living
I’m so impressed with these low carb noodles. These are my every day go to as the texture is surprisingly close to regular noodles unlike other low carb foods out there which I find rubbery and inedible. They work beautifully in everything for ramen, stir-fries or even as a pasta substitute to make spaghetti bolognese. Each pack is super filling and you could easily get 2 portions out of one pack if using alongside a sauce. They are high in protein and fibre and keeps me satisfied for hours without the carb crash. I love that I can enjoy comfort food again without worrying about my blood sugar. They cook quickly and taste amazing with any sauce or seasoning. If you’re eating low carb, keto or managing diabetes, these noodles are an absolute must have. I’ll definitely be ordering again and already ordered several times now

Nice noodles.
Nice noodles, easy to make. They are nice and light and help if you’re on a weight loss journey as they are quite filling and they taste nice with your meal. I’ve bought a couple of boxes of these now. Recommended.

Terrible Noodles that look like Pulp
I tried four attempts at cooking these “low-carb” noodles and they were all terrible. The results were noodles that looked and felt like paper pulp soaked in water. I boiled the noodles in water for two to three minutes then strained, allowed them to sit for 10 mins then fried them. The result a ball of sticky mushy dough like pulp which stuck to the wok! I tried three other ways all just quick boil and didn’t fry and all attempts were again an inedible pulp mess. It was a complete waste of money and time and the washing up was a chore. The noodle packs are also very small and overpriced.

THE PERFECT LOW-CARB NOODLE!
As a diabetic (Type 2) I can't have regular noodles due to the carb content. It's a pity, because I've been cooking Chinese food as a hobby for fifty years. As a substitute I started using Konjac or Shiritake noodles. Once you figure out the correct way to cook them, they are really good, but... they aren't the real thing. These noodles are really something else, because they look like regular ramen noodles, cook like regular noodles and taste exactly the same. Well, there are two differences, actually. The first is the extremely low carb content. The second is that these noodles seem to have a much greater absorption capacity - well, to me, anyway. One, small packet of dried noodles produced a plateful as you can see by one of my pics. Once other ingredients were added, one sachet was enough for both of us. If the noodles are going to be the predominant feature, you might want to use one sachet per person. After rinsing them in cold water after cooking for 7 minutes, as per instructions, I incorporated them into a dish of Beef and Mushroom in (home-made) Blackbean Sauce. They went down a treat. Kudos to this company for putting these out - perfect noodles, but guilt-free!

Fast and easy to prepare
These are great. Just wish I could order more than one box at a time. I prefer these protein noodles over the konjac ones as they have more nutritional value.

Hmm...
I'm not completely sold on these. The texture is lovely and they cook well, but they have a strange aftertaste that I can't get used to. They're quite expensive too.
