Price is ok for this size, normally use Optimum Nutrition. It wanted to try others to see how it compares. The only real issue with this particular creating is that it’s more like nano granules than powder like the Optimum Nutrition so it doesn’t really mix very well and you can always feel them as you’re drinking. Won’t be buying again.

Be careful with this brand. I got it few weeks ago only be taking now as my old brand finished. With one week taking it I covered in rash all over my body that keeps spreading rapidly. Even know I was in denial I come to conclusion was that Creatine. I’m now stop it completely. I have never have any allergic reaction like that in my whole life. Unfortunately I can return it as I took it for a week. Shame.

Solid creatine monohydrate. No noticeable taste or smell, and it mixes easily in water or a shaker without clumping. The container is a good size and lasts a while with daily use. I’ve been taking it consistently and it’s been working as expected (better training performance/recovery). Great value for the price — would buy again.

Je l’utilise dans ma routine sportive quotidienne et les effets sont bien présents : meilleure endurance, récupération plus rapide et une vraie amélioration sur la force au fil des semaines. Aucun inconfort digestif, ce qui est un très bon point. Le format est pratique et la quantité dure longtemps. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Je recommande à tous ceux qui veulent une créatine simple, fiable et efficace.
