Ensure Health supplement
I recently bought this for the first time for my mom and it taste great and even the quality is good too. It feel like you're drinking chocolate and it boost your immunity and provide all the essentials nutrients required for healthy lifestyle. Now she drink it everyday at night with milk. I would recommend this to everybody. So, do buy it for your parents or grandparents. It's value for money.

Great but not for diabetics
About the delivery, the outer cardboard box was crumpled but the inner pouch was okay. As for the product, the flavor is definitely chocolatey, the sugar should be lesser. I mixed it in lukewarm water and noticed a few lumps which needed more stirring. Overall, it's a good supplement, I really didn't feel hungry for a long time after the six scoops of Ensure in the morning. It's good nutrition for your body.
