The media could not be loaded. This product is amazing! Works very well, cleans great and makes sures that everything is nice and neat! The battery life is also very amazing. It works very very well and I 100% recommend it! The building process of the item was also very simple and made a lot of sense. When cleaning, the robot is very quiet and makes no to little noise.

Does it work? yes. Does it work well? kinda. Is it worth it.....? I am not sure. We have been running this for about two months now and I am still on the fence. The mop function is completely useless, don't even waste your time if you are thinking it will work. The reservoir is too small, drips all over the place, is difficult to fill and only mops for the first 3 or 4 minutes and just runs dry. We tried it for a week and gave up on it. Which is why I am on the fence over all. The issue is, it is almost more work than it's worth. By the time you empty the dust bin, clean the mop head, get it unstuck, you can almost just vacuum and be done with it. I fear this is one of those things that you have to go all in on. That means spend the $2,000.00 dollars and get one that really makes your life easier and works completely autonomously. This may be good solution for a small one room house or small apartment scenario, but we have found it is more of a "in between" vacuuming touch up type solution. In a small place this is probably great. For us, it constantly gets stuck, it never remembers its map (starts over every time it goes back to the charging base) and the mop function is absolutely terrible. The good news is it does in fact work, and keeps the house touched up between weekly deeper cleaning. And thus the 4 stars. $200.00 and some change for touch up is not a great value. I say go all in and spend the money for a real one or just keep vacuuming yourself. This is sort of the "budget root canal" route, you really shouldn't do it. Objectively however, it does work, you can't geo fence it, it doesn't auto empty, it gets confused easily, but it does work.

I have tried several times to like this vacuum. Yes, it vacuums and moves around the room. However, it constantly gets stuck, misses areas, and has a difficult time transitioning from hard floors to even the thinnest area rugs we have. This might be okay for large open rooms, but it really struggles with basic obstacles and ends up missing areas of the floor. It's honestly easier to just use a traditional vacuum than babysit this one. It's in a closet now, and doesn't get used...

Really saved me a lot of time from cleaning and also it can be controlled by smart phones, really convenient

This vacuum comes with a remote, extra rotating bristles and a cleaning tool. It’s equipped with a mopping feature but I don’t think I’ll even try it.The app it utilizes is a common one - Smart Life. As a stand alone vacuum cleaner it's only modestly powered and lacks effective brushes. It gains back some utility by being able to operate somewhat on its own. In operation, it attempts to utilize a grid pattern to move about and turns when it senses walls or bumps into something. It's not really smart and it's not remembering the shape of your rooms. I could never get it to return to the base. All the being said, it does pickup dirt, does a good cleaning under couches and in unobstructed rooms. It picks up hair and dust but doesn't work on large spills like say, dirt from a house plant. It's a little loud while in operation and you notice that because you are now doing something else when you would normally be vacuuming. This could never be your only vacuum but as an addition to your main unit and it being able to do some light cleaning while you're out or at work make it a nice adjunct to your cleaning routine.
