Eye Q nehme ich bereits seit einigen Jahren. Dadurch hat sich der LDL-Wert sogar verringert und der HDL-Wert verbessert. Gut finde ich auch den hohen EPA-Anteil, dadurch fällt es mir etwas leichter, mich zu konzentrieren. Auf der Verpackung steht auch sehr genau, welche Fettsäuren im einzelnen in welcher Menge enthalten sind. Leider finde ich Eye q jedoch etwas zu teuer.

Leider wie vor Hab keine Verbesserung gemerkt.

I bought to help get me on track. ADD and AHD are genetic in our family and my son's consultant had advised that he refer me for assessment, as well. I didn't proceed as I was too busy struggling to help my son and was a working single mother. I wish I had. The last few years it seemed to have become worse (ADD) and it has always been in the back of my mind that fish oils were known to help with brain function and I had seen this first hand over the years. The change has been amazing. I now have concentration, focus, and clarity of mind. I now have a short term memory! For the first time since I can't remember when, my head is "quiet". I start projects but never finish them through getting distracted, lose interest or simply become overwhelmed. It's started slowly, but jobs are getting done:) I was on a high dose of Prozac for years - I'm now off them. So pleased with the results and will continue to use them. Had to do a continuation today. I have spent four hours ironing (30 mins was my max previously) took loads of stuff down the recycling and put up the new curtains that have been sitting in their packaging for weeks! It wasn't not being done not through laziness, but feeling overwhelmed. That seems to be fading, feeling a real sense of achievement today:)
