Feedback for Origin (DDPAI Dash Cam Seller)
I purchased the DDPAI dash camera, and overall, I’m quite happy with its performance. The video quality is sharp, both during the day and at night. It’s a compact and reliable dash cam, ideal for daily use. However, after a few days of usage, I started getting a memory card error. I contacted Origin (the seller), and their response was quick and professional. They asked me to courier the unit to them for verification. After checking, they promptly replaced it with a brand-new camera. Really appreciate their smooth and supportive replacement process. Both the product and the seller’s after-sales support have been excellent. Highly recommended.

DDPAI iOS App not working
Don’t buy before reading this review Dash cam have pros and corns Corns: DDPAI app in iOS is not even starting getting stuck and not moving further for setup. Pls check if you are using iOS then don’t buy I am stuck dash cam is installed but not starting. Pros: built quality is very good but if it is not setup using app even though best technology is useless like garbage. Very sad to say that I am continuously contacting DDPAI team for resolution but no one care 😡

The quality is crisp, sharp and worth spending money on.. just keep the lens clean from any smudge and keep your glasses clean too.. worth purchasing..

iOS App Hangs
I’ve been using the DDPAI dash camera and appreciate the hardware quality, but the iOS app experience needs serious improvement. The app frequently hangs or becomes unresponsive — I have to open and close it multiple times before it finally starts working. This is especially frustrating when I need quick access to footage or settings on the go. A stable and smooth app experience is essential for a product like this. Please look into performance optimization and stability for future updates. I really like the dashcam, but the app is holding back the overall experience.

Really impressed overall. The main camera module build quality is very good and rigid. Feels very heavy. Although the rear view module’s build quality looks a bit compromised. The app is unlike any other with cheap quality interface. The app itself feels very premium and runs very smoothly on iOS. Connection process is very quick and connects within couple of seconds. You can see the live footage of the camera and can play around with tons of settings in the app. Camera installation is very simple and all the tools are provided in the box. Took me around 30min to install. Will definitely recommend.
