Steaks arrived thawed.
Total disaster. Although the company finally did reimburse us.We sent as a gift to my parents. Steaks arrived but had clearly been allowed to thaw. Meat was unusable. Also much thinner than pictured (maybe 1/3 inch) but hard to to tell since they were stringy and not holding together which may have been due to the thawing.The company was hard to reach and I had to be pretty tenacious to get customer service to respond. When finally reached they wanted info from packing slip and photos of the meat. So I then needed to ask my parents to get involved. They are in there late 80’s and taking and sending photos was a real challenge for them. I was unable to help being 2500 miles away.I felt terrible since this was supposed to be a gift not a problem.Only gave a star since we did finally get money back.

Exceptually poor quality!!
The quality of the rib eye steaks were poor! They were broiled properly. They were very thin. They were difficult to digest because of excess fat. Very disappointing EXPERIENCE for my wife and I!
