Though the glass size wasn't appropriate for my phone model, upon contacting their customer service they offered a replacement. Greatly appreciate their customer service for the quick response! Talking about the glass quality, the glass feels premium (not like the ones we get on local shops), and attracts less smudges, was bubble free too. Moreover, the screen quality wasn't effected, it stayed intact. So overall I am satisfied with the glass quality.

I purchased this screen protector from Amazon, and my overall experience has been very positive. The product arrived in good packaging and included a complete installation kit with wet and dry wipes, which made the installation process easy and hassle-free. After applying it, the screen clarity and touch response were excellent. The protector felt smooth, and I was happy with its overall quality. However, after around 3 months of use, I noticed that the adhesive started coming off from one side, and the screen protector began lifting slightly. That was disappointing because the rest of the product was performing well. I contacted OpenTech's customer support through email, and they quickly asked me to continue the conversation on WhatsApp. I shared photos of the issue, and their team responded promptly. Although the replacement period had technically expired by the time I reported the issue, they still understood my situation and sent me a replacement screen protector without any hassle. Mistakes can happen with any product, but what really impressed me was how the company handled the issue. Their customer service was professional, responsive, and customer-friendly. Overall, it's a good-quality screen protector backed by excellent after-sales support. I truly appreciate their service and would definitely consider buying from OpenTech again. Highly recommended!

Good product and value for money

Incredible service and product quality! Even after 20days, The seller got my product replaced immediately bcoz of a small crack that showed up bcoz of impact. The screen guard is very smooth and premium and fits perfectly to iPhone 16 and looks great!

The quality of this screen guard is genuinely good The material feels nice and the touch response is smooth However, it does not fit edge-to-edge I have a Samsung Galaxy S24 Plus, and the guard is too small for the screen, leaving the edges completely uncovered If the size was perfect, it would be a 5-star product Giving it 3 stars solely because of the fit issue
