Routine = Results: How To Realise More Success, More Often. The Easy Way to Stop Procrastinating & Be Happier Every Day

Concise and Actionable
Life is not about hard work, even though society expects of us to work hard. Life is about effectiveness and efficiency. And we all know it down deep inside of us.If you are experiencing a huge overwhelm and fear because of your calendar that is overpopulated with commitments and a full email inbox, maybe you should "Ctr + Alt + Del" it all and have a fresh start at your life. Why? Because when you are drained down mentally, emotionally and physically, it will be that much more difficult to find a way out of your "labyrinth." REBOOT. Find out more about yourself. And then set in place systems that will help you to create a routine that will, in turn, create habits (unconscious behaviour) that will, in turn again, yield the desired results. Make sense, doesn't it?Rob goes on to give some useful yet very simple tools to measure and thus understand what is going on in your life as far as productivity, effectiveness and efficiency are concerned, i.e.: Work Log, that is to help you to realise what are your Key Life Areas, Key Result Areas, and Income Generating Tasks. It's important to understand it because if you will not fill your life with what is important to you, others will fill it with what's important to them. You have to re-train the world to respect your time. You and others have to know who rules your world. And it has to be you, not others! That's why one section of the book is designated to expand on how you should manage your diary so that you could actually manage your time and have positive results rather than manage your emotions and reactive decision that bring in (more often than not) negative results. To me, F.O.C.U.S (Follow One Course Until Successful) was the key in this section. When distracted, you cannot possibly be productive, efficient and effective. Also, the sections on how to time and task batch and how to NeTime (a no-extra-time leverage technique) to focus, stay in the flow and use your energy in a most sufficient way were brilliant (I have to give some more thinking to the idea of hiring a driver! ;) LOL!).And what is it about ticking things off from the"To-Do" lists rather than getting one thing from that list done well? The "To-Do" lists create more overwhelm generally and tend to never get done. To reprogramme my brain to think about the "To-Do" lists as "Leverage" lists whereby I would be thinking about delegating (leverage) rather than doing everything myself and thus getting less done in the time I have is going to be a challenge for me for now. But I will give it a try!Last two words that come to my mind after literally "swallowing" this book up in a couple of hours time are CONCISE and ACTIONABLE. I would highly recommend this book to anybody who wants to get out of his/her "labyrinth" of inaction and lack of results. The time of your life (not just work) and your diary CAN be mastered. Let's do it! :)

Short, sharp and snappy!
It's been written a few times but I'm going to write it again...yes this book is 'thin', BUT it's snappy! Short, sharp and snappy. Rob's wry sense of humour shines through in places in this "snappy" book which covers a very important topic that I've been trying to conquer most of my life. However I haven't been very successful for a number of reasons, not least for some of the reasons Rob describes in his book. Like Rob wrote I too felt running one's life by a calendar/diary was too robotic, too false, boring and I would become boring, OCD etc etc. so I didn't do it. Look where that's got me!But after reading the book it finally clicked with me. TBH a lot of what Rob wrote I'd heard already, but as you know you might hear it but if you don't really internalise it and DO it, then you don't KNOW it, and I wasn't doing it! I HAVE to do what the book says otherwise nothing will change and I'm not going to get my life and time back on track. I have loads to do, busy life, busy business etc but I've realised I really need to find ways to 'let go' and release some of the tasks that I do and leverage the time of someone else to free up more of my time. The size of the book means I can read it again and again to remind myself of what I need to do on a continuous basis. It's straight to the point and that's what I like. Well worth a read and taking action on the content.

Another Rob Moore masterpiece
Having read a few of Rob's books and been a fan of his work for a while, I was excited to purchase this new book. I was surprised at how thin it was when I received it, but the information in there is clear and concise. The content is gold. To be of any value though, it has to be put into action.I have read the book through once and have begun to action the steps that are advised and it is already making my life more structured and efficient. It is making me more productive in my business, is giving me more time with my family at weekends and allows me to switch off as I know there is time allocated in the future to work on what I need to do.Rob gives another piece of advice at the end of the book, which is to get a mentor or coach and pay them a lot of money (so that you take their advice seriously). I have been working with a business coach for the last month and it has given me an amazing amount of clarity into where I was wasting time, where my business is headed and who I need to be to get it there.Being organised and having a great routine is the bedrock to a successful life and if you follow the advice in this book, you will be well on your way to achieving some of your goals. Thanks for this book Rob!

Of course i purchased and was rewarded with many additional online extras which are very much welcomed and make learning from Rob and his amazing training organisation a pleasure
On hearing Rob Moore was bringing out another little gem, after reading and enjoying money the book and the audio.,i was excited learn that Routine = Results was out that very day. Of course i purchased and was rewarded with many additional online extras which are very much welcomed and make learning from Rob and his amazing training organisation a pleasure. I have to admit it was disappointing to discover such a slim volume and printed on recycled paper, which may be ecologically friendly, but my expectations were perhaps higher because of Robs previous gems of well presented literature., I am not deterred and am looking forwards to gleaning a few nuggets from this concise companion in the knowledge that a few pounds well spent here, can result in multiple streams of income coming my way following several readings. I always speed read a book initially and re-read a second time before then reading the detail, i wonder if Rob has covered this?but it works for me and i like the way the book highlights the chapters and headers in bold, makes it easier to question and memorize too!. Tomorrow i will get the felt pens out and highlight the text starting with Chapter 21 The Pomodoro Technique! Looks like i have found a new app to download on my phone! great little book, I feel sure the follow up will be even better!
