I bought this for my daughter for Christmas two years ago, signed up for piano lessons through lessons for you and have not been disappointed. It was a great investment. She loves it wakes me up every morning at 6 AM. Playing the piano has learned multiple songs with her piano lessons and is excited to finally get her baby grand when she graduates high school next year.

I've purchased two of these keyboards recently; one for home use, and one for use in my classroom. This keyboard is an excellent price for an 88 key semi-weighted keyboard, but both keyboards have arrived with issues. The white one, which I ordered for home use, has a dead LED in the first number of the three number panel. As I do not plan to use any of the alternate sounds, I do not personally find this to be an issue worth submitting an exchange for, especially as I risk getting a keyboard with a worse defect, like the black keyboard that I ordered for my classroom. The black keyboard arrived with a faulty F key in the fourth octave, and is thus not usable for any of the many, many songs which require that note.

I love that it has an adapter and can be charged. That way you can move around and not be tethered to an outlet.

Edit: I sent an email to the company. They requested we submit a video of the nonworking key. We did so, and they replaced the keyboard! Email turn around was a couple of days, but we appreciate them making it right. Based on other reviews on here, they seem to have had a batch with this problem. The replacement works well, so third time's the charm!I ordered my college son this keyboard for Christmas, since he wanted something portable and lightweight for college living. When he set it up, he discovered that the main F key didn't work correctly. We returned the keyboard, and received a refund instead of an exchange, because the original package included a stand, and Amazon didn't have that bundle anymore. I re-ordered him a second identical keyboard. Again, the F key doesn't work. I have reached out to the Donner company to see if they will provide any support, but I expect we will likely have to return it again, which is a hassle and very disappointing.

This item was way more than expected. My daughter is just learning and this product sounds and feels like a real piano so we love it.

Responsive keys, perfect for learning

The keyboard is okay. Quality is lacking, and the speakers don't put out a lot of sound. But when you are shopping in this price range, I guess this is what you get. Don't be fooled by the Donner name as this is straight from China. Mine even had a label on the side with the Chinese address it came from.My big issue is he lack of customer service. On the Amazon order page, if you have certain issues you can contact the seller directly through their website. But they don't answer you. If you go through the Amazon process to get support for missing parts they tell you they can't send parts so I would have to return/exchange the item. I tried contacting the seller through a previous chat since this keyboard was bought to replace a prior order that I sent back, but they claimed they weren't the seller. Donner Music was the seller in both orders, yet they couldn't help. Horrible service for an okay beginner keyboard. Just know what to expect if you purchase this. No support. Just return if you have an issue. How stupid.
