Doesn't work. Faulty
Item arrived fast and well packed. After putting in several batteries the remote doesn't work. Nothing, no infa light. Not a thing. Very disappointed as this was for my elderly disabled mother who broke her remote and has been without a TV for a few days. Now she will have to wait even longer. Why are these items not tested before being sent to avoid frustration and disappointed. I guess if you buy cheep you get cheep and defective items. Lesson learnt.

Voice command won't work
Can be used as a normal remote without the voice assistant button as the remote is not going into pairing mode. Everytime the voice button is pressed it asks me to hold home and ok button together for pairing mode which doesn't work at all. I tried it several times. Only buy this product if you wouldn't use the voice command other than that a good quality remote with just the essential buttons and hot keys.
