Product is amazing and does what it says. Although the product is not very durable as it is made from faux wood, it is prone to scratching, breaking and generally will look aesthetically unpleasant when it has been dropped, even once (don't think it can't happen to you!)

Product is wonderful, but because it is made from faux wood, it is prone to being damaged more easily, now it looks like it’s been through a war!

Very easy to use! I'm very happy with it. I read reviews mentioning they could still open it in fortress mode with screwdrivers- but that's pretty excessive.. you can't open it unless you're absolutely desperate and go to extreme measures. If you need in, you have to contact customer service and they will send a one time emergency code. I'm using it to better control my medication usage as I have a small amount of pain prescriptions for endometriosis. I have to ensure they last so I calculated an amount I can keep out every month per cycle. I also want to make sure no one else has access to them, so the box does the trick for my situation. Recommend it if you have some semblance of self control, if it's to keep determined teens out of something I suppose you may have to invest in an extremely sturdy and expensive product.

I ordered this because a competitor product fell on the floor and literally opened unprompted on the ground. This is not only far more durable, but their customer service is such that I was able to contact them and ask them to erase the code to unlock the lockbox during fortress mode, making it truly impenetrable without a massive hammer during that time. Short of spending ten times this amount on a small steel safe, this is absolutely the best product around. Don't bother with any competitors. This one is the absolute best at this price point unless you want to spend ten times more on a steel safe.

Does not function. Locking mechanism does not engage when locking and "Fortress Mode" button does nothing. Unfortunately I was on holiday when it arrived so missed the return & warranty window.
