Q: Do you still need to spray these with cooking spray first?

It specifically states on the bottom of my pan to NOT use cooking spray.

Not much to clean - I just clean w soap and water

Q: Can you use mini cupcake liner in the pan?

Yes and I would suggest using a cupcake liner because due to the smaller size of the cups they are harder to get out without a liner 🤦🏼♀️(Been there done that)

The pan makes 24 muffins, not 20. The muffin is the size of a standard cupcake paper you buy at the store. But I don't use the cupcake papers because the silicone never sticks to the muffins and it is so very easy to wash. I love my muffin pans and use them to make flax meal muffins every other week.
