I bought all the volumes and read through them in a single sitting, this an alright crossover/sequel, however i have taken off one star because of one major spoiler, so if you do not want to read on, then don't.Unfortunately the series ends on a cliffhanger, and not the open kind where you puzzle the story together yourself to a satisfactory answer, this is such a bad cliffhanger that i wanted to throw the book half across the room because the likelyhood of this series ever getting a sequel is slim, i can barely find any information on these three books let alone a possible sequel, very disappointing as this could have been a short and sweet alternative ending to the original series.But it's not all negative, the story does have it's dose of humor, and some really good art as well, it does an alright job of modernizing Devilman, but whether you think this sequel works also depends on which version of devilman you've read or watched, as devilman has been reimagined a whole lot of times with a lot of changes done to the characters personalities as well as the art.Overall i thought this trilogy of volumes was alright, i'm really hoping they've got the budget for a sequel as leaving on a cliffhanger like the one they decided on is unacceptable otherwise (especially as they realistically would only need one more volume to finish this story, honestly really bitter about it, lol.)
