I have tried several products to help me fall asleep and nothing has worked until I bought these. I just put the super sticky patch on one of my arms about an hour before I want to sleep. Usually within 30-60 minutes I am out for the night. I do not toss and turn like I used to, and I wake up fresh. No drowsy side effects like some other products I've tried.
