I ordered this for the speed of delivery, but four months later, I still have it in because it is super cute and easy to remove when needed. It has not lost any balls, unlike my previous bar, which gives me significant peace of mind.

Nice quality

Not worth the money
This is not surgical steel it is fake cheap jewelry it came apart in my ear,and I'm allergic to all fake jewelry and my ear infected when I took it out I had to use alcohol and get all the metal off my ear! If you have issues with fake jewelry do not buy this.
