As described, this salt has a slight grey tinted and is super salty...just what I wanted. It's easy to measure and pour. Thick, resealable bag keeps moisture out. Quality salt is unrefined, tastes like salt should and has 82 minerals. After a taste, you can feel a seawater like smell and taste with exceptional flavor. Beats table salt hands down. Just use less than you're used to sprinkling.

such a wonderful salt. I started using this to add trace minerals in my diet. What I didn't expect was the taste is different from table salt. It is hard to explain, but when sprinkled on a piece of meat with pepper, it adds such great flavor! The salt feels like wet sand that has large grains. I would say half the size of peppercorns per granular of salt. I love that I am adding naturally derived minerals in my diet instead of a pill.

Great salt that's not stripped of all the healthy nutrients! I haven't tried grinding it because of the moisture level (visibly moist when you open the package.) I mainly use it medicinally. It's a good value for the money if you're looking for real salt!

I’ve read about the different kinds of salt, how it’s grown and harvested, and decided to try Mystic Nature French Celtic salt. I was surprised when opening the bag at the moisture level, but I quickly learned that this is normal for this type of salt, slightly moist but not wet. The taste is unique, milder and flavorful. I use it for cooking, seasoning and I place a few grains under my tongue before my hot yoga class. After tasting this salt, reading about its mineral content and using it daily I can attest to the fine quality of this hand harvested salt. I have not used this salt in a grinder, I prefer to use it in its course state as the salt adds texture and mild flavor to my dishes.

Just got this salt and it tastes great! However, I an knocking a star off because the photos are misleading, in one photo it shows that Iodine is in the salt, but when I received it says on the bag it does not contain Iodine.. So which is it? It does or it doesn't? It is fine if it doesn't but don't advertise that it does..

I love the flavor and the fact that it has 82 essential minerals. It is moist, but I have not had any issues with my salt grinder yet as others have mentioned. I noticed that I don't need to use as much as I would with regular table salt.

Great product. Once my MD told me I had to drink 3 quarts of water a day - I knew I needed some boost to help me actually do this. My brother told me HIS tip and it works great. I add 1 pinch this Celtic sea salt and the juice of one lemon to each cup of water and voila - something I actually LIKE to drink!! Salt dissolves quickly and makes a great liquid to guzzle!!!

good product, definitely different then regular table salt. tastes good.
