I started using this shilajit a few days ago and already noticed a boost in my energy. I’ve been feeling more energized, especially in the mornings. I have been using this product Shilajit Resin for three weeks now, but I can already feel the results, which I am pleasantly surprised by. No effect whatsoever. Been using it for months without noticing any difference. Only reason for the two stars would be for the quality of product and the added taste to my hot tea/water. Sleeping the same and have the same energy levels. No to little help with that. Update: even though this product was t for me, their customer service is fantastic!

I did tried this awesome product. Brings me tons of energy in and out the bedroom! The taste it’s soso not the best I ever had, but you can chew it, putting in a drink and also give you lots of focusing And it’s a gray value for the price!
