Found someone to help me ma I hate the programmes

I bought this last week from Amazon. Unfortunately, despite googling on my phone. I CANNOT use it yet! As I cannot use the " AT" Key! I've tried ALL the methods online, including holding ALT then typing 64 on the Numeric keypad! Therefore as I can NOT log into my Microsoft a/c., I am left with an UNUSEABLE latop! Can anyone PLEASE help me? Thanks.

Paid £229 for this so it would have to be really bad to complain. Suits me as my needs are simple. Appears to be a 2021 model and fairly low spec. Set up took a while and glitched a couple of times. Clock would not sync to my time zone so had to manually adjust. This product is clearly not designed for UK markets as keyboard keys are not usual positions. Then I realised why the silicone keyboard cover had been provided as it corrects the key problem. At first I was a bit annoyed by this but it sits very well on the keys so functionality is not affected and also protects from crumbs and such. Overall quite happy. Bonus with Office preloaded.
