AirLift PTTD Brace Left Medium

Bought for someone else. Works well and is quite supportive. Can irritate skin if worn alone but we found wearing a sock as an intermediate layer helps.

This is very awkward to put on correctly without help. It won't fit in any of my shoes. Complete waste of money for me as it's non returnable!

I was advised to try this by an ortho-paedic specialist. After a day wearing both braces the pain in my feet and ankles was worse. I have not put them on again

I have the newer version of this product. It gives me a lot more stability and somewhat less pain when walking on the treadmill or pedaling a recumbent bike. Gym shoes are what I wear with the brace. However, I've noticed that the brace is ruining the inside of my New Balance shoes and the brace itself has taken a beating from my frequent use (fraying at contact points). It will be interesting to see what the longevity of the brace will be. It is well-made. I don't have any issues with the air pump as I don't use it that often. The new model doesn't require the separate pump tool.

This item is uncomfortable and I wasted my money. U can't return it if u open the box. I wish I had known this before the purchase because the cost was not insignificant. My doctor asked me to buy this product but it is not a good fit for me or my shoes.
