Spigen EliteShield EZ Fit Screen Protector Film for Apple Watch 11/10 46mm

The best option for people that don't want to put a case around their watch. The screen protector is strong, clear and very low profile due to it being so thin and fitting the watch face perfectly.It is barely visible to the naked eye. The applicator is fool-proof and very well made. The applicator fluid makes adhesion easy and the included squeegee tool enabled me to get a zero bubble finish.

I’m usually a Spigen advocate. I’ve used them for all sorts, from iPhone screen protection to cases etc. I’ve had screen protectors from them for previous generation Apple Watches too but sadly this product falls from their usual quality. The fitting process is a little more traditional compared to the usual Spigen products. You seldom require spraying a solution on them as they’re usually a press, and forget style install using their frames. This watch wasn’t like that, although it did still have an easier fit frame. Regardless, I got the thing installed fairly quickly but given the use of solution there was lot more squeegee action required. I was disappointed to see it wasn’t an edge-wrapping protected and only sat on the top surface so it doesn’t fully protect the glass to the borders of the titanium frame — which is worth knowing. As for longevity, well, that’s why I’m writing this review. The thing came off after 6 hours. I only went for a run, and bubbles ended up popping up underneath it. I’ll add that it was raining, although you’d not expect this from a protector. When i came to remove it, it just slid off the face with the slightest friction from my fingers. Not good! The material is really thin plastic, or at least seems it. Previous Apple Watches were of a glass material. Ultimately, don’t waste your money. This is a real let down from Spigen.

Slightly tough to apply as it has long process and the film does not fit quickly. Quality is good but could have been little thicker.

Like most others, I bought this due to the reputation of SPIGEN products. Which is of course excellent. This kit is quite expensive and even after studying the installation video, the first protector did not adhere to my new Apple Watch. Second attempt went better, but there are still some hairline marks which I am finding more annoying by the day. I somewhat feel the expense of this kit is in the tools (tray / cleaning materials / protector adhesive / smudge tool) as opposed to the actual protectors themselves. Total cost of ownership has ended up being £20 for one protector that I'm not 100% happy with. Unfortunately I wouldn't buy again, would now likely choose an alternative brand more highly rated by Amazon reviews.

I was apprehensive at first when purchasing this product because it’s a bit pricey yet I thought I would give it a try. Some of the cheaper products had no installation guide or equipment to help align it. I was very impressed with the guide (there’s even a video link) and also the equipment that comes with applying it. Absolutely no bubbles and you can’t even tell there is a protector on the watch. 5* if the product was cheaper.

I will preface by saying that this review is written on the day that the AW 10 was released (20/09/24) so this is a very short term review. Using the provided fitting kit makes fitting the screen protector very easy. I have been using Spigen's phone screen protectors for years now and they have never let me down - so although this is a short term review I am pretty confident that this AW protector should follow the trend. The screen protector is basically invisible on the watch unless you look closely. It doesn't cover the glass screen edge to edge but it covers the main, and most important parts, of the screen. No impact to screen clarity and the touchscreen still feels responsive. I will update this review if anything changes.

Initially, this screen protector seemed like a great buy — it came with clear instructions and was easy to fit. However, after just 7 months of regular use, it began to peel and tear around the edges. I expected better durability for the price and would have hoped it would last significantly longer. A bit disappointing overall.

Trash Have been using for about a week, and air bubbles are forming underneath already. For something this pricey, I expected something that was more usable, not something that failed within a month. I am normally a spigen stan. I have spigen phone cases, and have been using spigen cases since the ipod touch 3, but this really left a sour taste in my mouth. Do not buy.

UPDATE 2: I applied the second one today. The first one broke after I dropped a tray on my watch. The second one was applied flawlessly, no bubbles from the beginning. I think the trick is to use generous amount of squeezee liquid that they provide. I used 3 sprays instead of 2 as it says in the installation video. UPDATE: After 2 days of use, most(7-8) of the bubbles disappeared. Only 1 stubborn bubble at the edge won't go away. The reviews are right. I though I will give it a chance, but even after following the steps correctly, it has a lot of bubbles. Maybe the user needs practice but then it shouldn't advertise as easy to install. I will keep using this one for a month or two, then apply the second one and update the review if that one goes better.
