Q: I ordered the 4 piece blue set. From the picture all pieces should be blue, but the smallest bag is black, anyone else have the same issue?

I ordered black and they were all black. The only thing is I wish the biggest one was bigger but I didn’t read the size correctly 🤦🏼♀️🤣

Q: Does it have a frame of some sort or is it soft all around?

Two large bags have a frame around them

Q: How do you nestle the pieces back together?

They all fit back inside each other. The suitcases that is smaller than the large one a can hold the duffel bag that folds up and the messenger does too so both of the smaller bags can go inside of the small suitcase and that fits inside the large suitcase
