This printer is a fantastic investment for any small business or home office. Setup was quick and easy, and the companion app makes printing labels straight from my phone incredibly convenient. It works flawlessly every time, saving me time and hassle. Definitely worth every penny!

Printed a test label and it ran flawless. Small design to not take up too much space. Plug and print super easy to use. Just follow the like 5 step instructions and you'll be printing labels in very nice quality for the price. Prints almost instantly after pressing the print button on my pc. Would recommend.

So far so good. Comes with a roll to get you started, install was pretty easy for using via USB, have not tested bluetooth yet. Have printed several labels already with no issues. It auto calibrates to self center vertically, and has adjustable clips for centering horizontally. Build quality feels solid, just as good as any other more expensive brand. This is a good, low priced entry level label printer for any business who will be shipping items frequently until you are ready to cough up $2-300 or more for a brother.

Great for a starter label maker. Super easy to set up and use. For a little bit better quality, I would go with a more expensive one. This one, the lettering and images came out a little hazy, but readable.

I own my own business so I ship many packages. This printer has been a great addition to my business. It has saved me so much time & money. The print speed & quality is incredible. It is a good size & doesn't take up a lot of room. Set-up is easy & it's overall functionality was worth every penny. I don't know how I ever did without it !

I love my Thermal printer. Never buying ink is such a great deal. Printing all my labels, and saving all my ink, and paper. Plus this thermal printer doesn’t cost nearly as much as a regular printer does. This thermal printer is better than a lot of then is there’s a place inside the printer to hold the labels. I had another one, but I had to send it back. There was no place to put the labels. You had to buy another piece to hold the labels, or lay them on the table.. This thermal printer prints really well. The labels are always clear and easy to read. It’s super easy to load. The other thermal printer you would loose one label each time, with this one you don’t. It prints really fast too. As soon as you send it to the printer it prints. I’ve never seen something print as fast as this thing does! I’ve bought several different kinds of labels some good, some bad if you want to look at the labels you can go under my reviews.

This printer may seem good when you first get it, but after my second use, the cord wouldn’t work anymore. It completely stopped after only 2 times of usage. Also, the app they give you doesn’t merge well with any labels or logos that I’ve made. You have to do all the measurements differently when uploading your label. This is by far the worst product I have ever purchased. Save your money!

Honestly works pretty perfectly so far. It's a little bit bigger than I expected, but it's not a behemoth that you'd struggle to fit on a table. The app is pretty easy to use (even when a label PDF isn't formatted the right way) and the printer connects to my phone pretty much right away when I turn it on. It's really helpful for printing out basic shipping labels, and I like that it comes with some thermal paper included with it.
