My husband suffers from symptoms similar to carpal tunnel, but that have been traced to inflammation in his wrist joint. It’s difficult to tell lasting effects from a couple of weeks of use, but I’d say that it seems to be working enough that he’s continuing to take it. The ingredients seem clean, the packaging is nice (glass bottles vs plastic) and the price isn’t bad, if it really works! This is a months supply, with daily use, so we’ll revisit at the end of that period and assess if he wants to continue to use it.

Well I have been taking this for a week and to say no side effects no unset stomach or funny tast easy to swallow and love the fact that the ingredients are clean no GMO, Gluten free, vegan, cruelty free it's only been a week but do feel better time will tell and I will continue taking for the great benefits it's 10 out of 10 highly recommend

However, even aside from the unchanged bloodwork numbers, I’ve noticed only minor improvements in my immune or respiratory systems, which was my main goal when purchasing this product. I have a little less phlegm in the morning upon waking, but a good nose blow is still part of my morning routine.While this supplement may be very or immediately effective for many, I feel it might not be fulfilling its promise for my specific needs at this time. It’s a decent product, but may take more time to show results for others like me.
