Great copy of a great game that actually includes the whole game
This version of the game is worth the original $60 price tag, maybe more.Apparently the original release of this game included one level, and all the subsequent levels were paid DLC, and even a lot of the many missions that rehash the original included map cost money. It seems absurd that a fifth or so of this game's plot was included, and I think the sequel does the same thing. You could have paid $60 when this game came out and $60 when Hitman 2 came out, and gotten a fifth of each game? Crazy. But this Definitive Edition seems to have every single piece of paid and unpaid content included. It seems the physical game disc only includes the original copy of the game, but you get something like 20 DLCs for free, almost all of which still cost money.I think it includes every single mission on every single map, and every single piece of cosmetic content and equipment. I can't guarantee it, but every outfit and mission I've seen referenced online and wanted to play is in this version of the game (once you download everything). And it's a great game. So $27 or whatever I paid for it is amazing. It's probably the equivalent of one robust game plus a "season" or two of paid DLC. If there were Elusive Targets in this game, they never made a return, so that's some content that's sort of missing, but that's how those targets work. But I think every map has 3-4 story missions and literally dozens of escalations, and the maps are complex enough to support hundreds of playthroughs each (since each escalation is 3-5 missions).

Fantastic Game, Best in the Trilogy
Whether you're just starting out or going back to to try to complete extra achievements, this game does not disappoint. Graphics are great (even for an "old" game), experienced no glitches during gameplay, loved the level designs, and enjoyed the freedom to play the game as I wanted. After playing this I was glad I had already bought 2&3 so I could jump right into them. That was a mistake; buy this, play this, enjoy this, and then don't touch the sequels.

You get ALL the episodes + Patient Zero!
Love the game and all of the episodes / destinations + Patient Zero and the extras like some cool outfits and such. The ONLY problem is the system within the Microsoft Store is a bit jenky. I found that I had to go into the individual parts of the actual game to download the individual game components like individual destinations.BUT once you get it all downloaded, everything ran perfectly!

Dont forget to use the codes ;)
Came as expected. Most folks said they didn't get the codes but I clearly have them. Dont forget to use them to get the full game experience.

Finally, a worty update to the classic
The Hitman game had lost its mojo following the successful edition for the Xbox 360 in 2005. That was a classic because there were so many options to fulfill each contract. You could play the same story line several different ways. It was a lot of fun. Then subsequent editions were much more linear. Point A to Point B. No room for creativity. The version just previous to the Definitive Edition was much better. But it felt unfinished. It didn't flow. It seems to me this was fixed in the Definitive Edition. It's the same game but the "missing" bits were added. It's now a complete game in terms of flow and feel. I'm not a fan of the costly add-ons that most new games are tapping into, but if you are an old-school Hitman fan, then the Definitive Edition is worth a rental if not a purchase.
