Excellent overall, highly recommend, the sound is very good with no background or static noise even at the highest gain input signal level from my Focusrite Scarlett 2i2. The build quality of the microphone and the boom arm exceeded my expectations. Couldn't have asked for more.

The clamp is very sturdy and the arm is reassuringly stiff.. the microphone itself is really clear andcsensitive. I've only used it for spoken word but Im confident it will handle more. It would get five stars but for the springs on the stand, which produce a ting if the desk is tapped. I'll be taking these off and fitting dampers (rolled up card inside the springs) and it will then be perfect for my needs.

Brilliant budget microphone sounds amazing!

Kit turned up quickly and mic & arm work great, no issues at all; however, that was using my own cables…The XLR that came with seems faulty (or poorly made) - was VERY tight fit in to my Rodecaster and is now firmly stuck in there, can’t get it back out and now that channel on my unit is unusable! :-/

Sounds clear enough for podcasting, streaming, zoom meetings. Not so much if you want to be recording very clear vocals for songs, sounds relatively flat and bland. Played around with plugin chains in Logic X and couldn't make it what I imagined it would sound like.

Un micro qui montre un réel potentiel et qui se place dans la cour des grands. Au naturel, le son peut sembler un peu faible, mais une fois passé sur Voicemeeter, il devient facile de le traiter pour obtenir une voix claire, digne d’une radio ou d’un podcast. Pour son prix, et en version reconditionnée sur Amazon, c’est vraiment un excellent choix ! Merci Fduce ! <3

Just received 2 of the Fduce SL40XLR version of this mic and my initial test straight into my Lumix camera is a solid 10 out of 10! I'm an audio tech from the 80's and always use Shure mics with the sm58 being the solid go to for almost any studio application included hammering nails. The Fduce sounds amazing with accented bottom end, full mid and crisp top presence which is perfect for the podcast with 2 female participants and this mic is built military tough. I'm getting a couple mic flashers to cover the logo. It will look like the Shure sm7b and honestly I would use the Fduce over the shure with it's healthier gain and out of the box performance. Super impressed!

Great Mic for the Price, but Sensitive to Noise Solid dynamic mic with impressive dB and SNR levels for this price range. Delivers clear sound quality, though it can be a bit sensitive to ambient noise and wind. Requires some tweaking per recording setup, but overall, a great value for budget-conscious creators.
