I can't write a review on the Starkey TV Streamer because we couldn't get it to work. We have Starkey top of the range hearing aids and reasonably new smart tvs but gave up in the end and returned and got a full refund.

Einrichtung-Koppeln mit Hörgeräten-etwas mühsam Da sollte der Hersteller mal bei Apple schauen, wie man so eine Prozedur anwenderfreundlich gestalten kann

I am so happy with this streamer, once I got it figured out. I have Starkey Genesis AI hearing aids and the serial numbers start with the number 24. The streamer was easy to set up but I couldn't get any sound. Eventually I figured out one must use a phone app to control the sound. The app I have is called My Starkey but this app is not intuitive to use. In the app go to "my hearing" (picture of a hearing aid), then to Accessories and it will bring up the TV streamer. From there it is easy to start streaming and adjust the volume. I absolutely LOVE listening with the streamer. Voices are clear and the surround sound is so fun.

Product works just fine. However you need to fix your what this product includes. It does not include 4 international adapters. I received it once sent it back only to have the product returned to me less the 4 international adapaters. So please fix your product offering so you don’t scam others.

It took a few tries but I got the streamer to work very well. I am using this streamer with Starkey Genesis AI 24 ITC hearing aids rechargeable. By the way the hearing aids are wonderful. Just like the directions say, turn off the hearing aids by putting them on the charger. Turn off Bluetooth on all of the previously connected devices like your phone and any other device that was connected to the hearing aids. In my case I'm using a Google pixel 8 pro phone. So I turned it off. Set up the streamer as per the directions and plug it in and then power it up. I played a YouTube video so I would have sound streamed when I did the setup. I turned the hearing aids on and placed them near the streamer. They paired because the light went solid green. Now I turned on my phone, turned on Bluetooth, and started the My Starkey app. At first I had no audio. Also previously in the application I had no item for streaming control. Now, the application must see the streamer and add the streaming control functionality. On the main screen of the my Starkey application, home, a new item appears on the left hand side. You can see in the screenshot just above the home there is a icon with a dot in the center with parentheses on each side. If you press that now it shows the TV streamer control. To start streaming press the continue button on the streamer at the top. Once it's starts streaming you can control the streaming volume, and the hearing aid volume. Also under my hearing, my settings, audio streaming you will find accessory auto where you can actually turn off the hearing aid microphone yet still here the streamer in your ear. That shuts off the surrounding area if you wanted to mask out other people's conversations or things going on and concentrate on the TV. By the way on my phone I have to turn on the do not disturb to prevent streaming interruptions. I found if any other action occurred on the phone it would interrupt stream. I wish they would make that something that was an easy on off other than a complete do not disturb however that's the only thing I found that works all the time. If I do use my phone to send a text message when I hit the send button, my streaming is interrupted even with do not disturb on. But it's easy to get it back.
