I bought this in May and it's already showing signs of wear. It's thin in 2 spots now where I'm scared it's going to snap so I'll be replacing this again. Hopefully with one that lasts longer.

Para quienes entrenamos habitualmente fueron la salvación para poder moverse sin mucho equipo en pandemia.He comprado 4 o 5 de distintas resistencias y con ellas puedes entrenar pecho (empujes tumbado en el suelo o apoyado en pared), espalda (remos/jalones/tríceps enganchado a una barra alta por ejemplo), bíceps (enganchando con el pie), sentadillas (pisas con ambos pies y la colocas sobre los hombros).Muchas veces dudas si van a aguantar pero hast el momento ningún susto. Se nota la diferencia con respecto a las de marca blanca de Amazon por ejemplo.Compraría de nuevo sin duda.

Für mich perfekt
Perfekt für mein Pole Training.Hilft mir Figuren zu halten, die ich eigentlich noch nicht kann, so habe ich Zeit in die richtige Position zu kommen ohne wegzukippen, wie in der auf dem Bild, und man spürt wie es sich anfühlen muss, da man spürt wenn man im Gleichgewicht ist. Das hilft enorm.Mit der Zeit merkt man, wie man es immer weniger braucht.Die Handhabung selbst musste ich auch erst lernen und ist auch heute manchmal noch etwas kompliziert für mich, aber nach ein paar mal, für eine neue Figur, klappt es.Das grüne ist für mich perfekt, da es stark ist und ich es benötige für Figuren, die ich erst anfange, um die nötige Kraft aufzubauen.Geruch hat es etwas, stört mich aber nicht.
