Super easy to use and transport
4% lidocaine is just about as strong as you can buy, or need for that matter. Great for treating bee stings and other insect bites that hurt, even sooths papercuts. I had a jar of similar lidocaine but once I opened it I was afraid of contamination and I never used it all before it expired. These are 10 individual packets with enough in them for a single treatment. I don't fear contamination since one only opens a packet at a time. With a use by date near the middle of 2026 they are long lasting. I love that they are so easily transportable, I can keep a couple in my first aid kit and even put a couple in my backpack so I have them with me most of the time.

Works decently for skin issues but does nothing for joint or muscle pain
First off, this is not the type of cream that you can massage into your muscle and have it disappear. It absorbs about as well as zinc oxide sunscreen, leaving a white and greasy film. Furthermore, as it dries, the film it leaves is grainy and would be uncomfortable under clothing. This makes it less than ideal for larger areas.I found the description of this product confusing. It says that it is for muscle and joint pain, but the description only mentions skin issues. My husband tried it out on his elbow for joint and muscle pain, and it did absolutely nothing for him.I tried it on an insect bite I had and was disappointed that it did not help immediately, but after a few minutes I found that the bite was no longer itching. That lasted for an hour or two, which is an admirable length of time. It really impressed me because usually the opposite occurs, and I find relief for about five minutes, at which point the itching comes back. I would choose the long-term relief any day!The travel packets are nice because they are portable, but you pretty much have to use up the entire packet because, as with any tear-open packet, it is impossible to seal it closed once it has been open.Overall, I think it is a decent product, but at this price I doubt that I would purchase it again.

Ahhhhhh. This really makes a big difference.
The Lido+ cream is really some good stuff. This comes in a cream that can be rubbed in to pretty much any area that is having pain. I used it on some back muscles that were really bothering me and it worked really well. The cream was pretty easy to rub in which honestly felt good for a little massage while applying the Lido+ cream following by the soothing relief from the cream. The cream seemed to work for about an hour for me. I am really happy with this.

worked great for my back pain
This is a convenient sized packet, I got 2 uses out of it. Worked well for my back pain and lasted several hours. I used the second half after a shower and satisfied again w the relief I felt.

10 packets of Lidocaine cream.
These come in packets that are easy to tear open once you find the pre-cut line near the top edge. The cream has little to no smell to it. I found this greasy and not very well absorbed into the skin. The more you rub, the more it tends to lather up, as you can see in the picture on my hand.As for its effects, I found this not nearly as strong as other products, and maybe because it's hard for this to be absorbed into the skin. While this may work for others, I noticed little relief and did not care for the cream at all.

Works well if you keep it on a small area
Having tried lidocaine patches these cream-filled sachets require careful application to reach similar effect. Don't treat it like a skin creme that you rub into the skin until you can't see it, if you try that with this product it will get so spread out that there's zero effect. If you put it on thick in a small area such as a painful wasp bite or similar it will work much better. For me that's about the only use case around the house, still good to have in the medical kit.

Conveniently packaged; a little expensive for what it is
These Lido+ Lidocaine 4% Sachets are super handy to have nearby in case of a first aid incident and are conveniently packaged. They do work well for minor cuts, scratches, and abrasions, so that is nice. Unfortunately, I think they are a little overpriced at around $2 per pouch. I think there are much cheaper alternatives out there available that do a similar thing. For that reason, I probably would not get these again in the future unless the price were to drop to a more reasonable level.

Great for runners
My wife is a runner and, consequently, deals with the same muscle and joint wear that all runners experience. She found these lidocaine patches to be useful and to function as advertised.
