I don't believe I have the old person's smell and had never heard of it in my 77 years but I wanted to check this body wash out. Very mildly fragranced, nice sudsing, gentle to my sensitive skin. Decided to bite the bullet and wash my hair since it said could be used as shampoo. I LOVE IT! My hair and scalp felt SOOO clean and my hair listens beautifully. Best of all, no itchy scalp with which I started having trouble each shampoo I tried. This might become my new shampoo. If you have fine hair it may make it too soft. I have thick, corse, white, hair and it left it very soft. Only take a dab to bathe or shampoo. Should last a looong time!

I have been using persimmon bars for about a year or so now. I love the lather that is lasting yet easily rinsed from my bath sponges and brush. Despite its somewhat steep price i decided to give this liquid soap a try. It has proved to be a wise investment. A little goes a long way, and it is so much more convenient than the bars.

This smells great, y'all....I would have given it a five, but then I ordered Lume and am obsessed with it, so Persimmon is no longer my old standby. But it's way more affordable, and does keep you from smelling like you're 100 years old, so...go for it!

I like this too it smells good too. It’s for older people who have a smell like onions it’s Persimmons it has a nice light smell not heavy at all. To clean your underarms and private areas and all over your body. Great clean product.

This soap gets rid of old person smell. You body chemistry changes as you age and smelly sweat is present. Younger people can smell you. Grand kids will set in lap if you get rid of the smell. Smell is real but you don't notice it. Get this soap. It's in a liquid bottle also. Old peeps nood this stuff. I've noticed a big difference in how I'm dealt with. Buy it. Really buy it

I really wanted to like this soap. I'm 70 and no one has told me I stink but.... So I used it today, feels velvety soft, nice suds and mild pleasant fragrance. However it does leave a cruddy film I don't get with my current liquid bath wash. Too many aches n pains to be bending over scrubbing a tub every day. Hence the 3 stars. I will use it occasionally when I go out with friends just in case!! If you dont mind cleaning bathtubs it very nice. Too bad for me.

The Persimmon Body Wash is my first try at using persimmon soap. I like it a lot -- the smell is pleasant, and it foams VERY nicely as a bubble bath. My skin is fairly sensitive, and I've had no problem with dry or itchy skin in the couple of weeks I've used the body wash. (My prior standard soap was Pears.) Honestly, I don't think I have a serious odor problem -- but I'd rather not find out the embarrassing way.

I ordered this for its intended purpose. When it arrived I opened up the bottle to smell it and almost choked. It's so perfume, like somebody's grandma. There may be women that don't mind this scent, IDK, but I don't think there's a man out there that would want to wear this smell on them all day. And it is a smell that will stick with you. It's really hard to get rid of. That's why I got rid of it right away. Definitely not a fan.
