I'm on my "lifestyle change/diet" the last few weeks and I am on a low calorie/ low sugar diet. I used to put an ungodly amount of white sugar in my coffee especially every day- And bc I could ALWAYS taste the no calorie sweeteners like stevia I never used them. I have followed a few lifestyle/diet influencers and one ALWAYS said to use allulose bc it has no nasty after taste and It's anti-diabetic, doesn't spike blood sugar, helps to reduce hunger cravings, and actually has been shown to reduce BMI and helps with weight control. This has studies she has on her page this all was sited on. So I was interested. I bought it without much hope it wouldn't have an aftertaste or twang. To my ABSOLUTE SHOCK though it doesn't! I don't drink soda at all now bc of my diet but I never was able to drink diet soda etc back in the past bc i ALWAYS tasted the fake sweetener! So I am shocked! I am so happy I found this and will absolutely re order when needed for my morning coffee. (Which i have even drastically reduced my sugar in) Amazing product!

Ok, I gave it a 5 star because it does taste exactly like sugar, bakes well in food. I also liked that there was no artificial sweetener in it as some monk fruits have erythritol .used this for 2 years or more BUT!! The type sugar that is from dates, figs is NOT easily digested in tummies. Your body according to what I researched says your body doesn't absorb it, ( that's good for diabetes n weight loss, Keto) but it can stay in your gut and ferment, which can cause bloating..as in my case. I couldn't figure out why my belly would bloat up n hurt. NOT EVERYONE HAS A ISSUE WITH THIS ALLULOSE. After eliminating things one at a time, my allulose was the culprit. Stopped using it and no issues. So, try it and see. Its taste better than ANY of the other sugars.

The taste is not bad and I’ve been tasting a lot of things. The pkg. contains a little over 11 ounces. Serving size (for coffee I’m guessing) is 1 1/3 tablespoons. That pkg. will be done in no time.

Although the product is great, the slide sealer to reclose the package after using a spoon to extract the product is sometimes difficult

Works just like sugar, natural and without carbs!

I am on a weight loss journey, so this is coming in handy on sn.me recipes. I have already bought 2 bags and will be buying another one pretty soon.

Allulose sweetener had none of that nasty after taste. The first time I used it I made sugar cookies. They were great! I made them for my husband who is on a Keto diet and I ate more of them than he did! Thanks for this product!
