Great trainer

I've been after these for a while for cross fit but was unsure of the sizing. I have wide feet and I sized up by half and they are perfect, can't wait to try them in the gym

These shoes are ideal for CrossFit - engineered to give your squats stability yet flexible enough for short runs. Only 4 stars because this version lacks the extra lacehole that allows you to keep your foot doubly secure in the shoe.

I'm very happy with these trainers, I wasn't sure if online would be better than in store, but not only was it better value for money but I found the exact pair of trainers I was looking for and it fit nicely.

Come up half size smaller

These shoes are fine for strength work but they are not at all good for running. It keeps tearing your ankle if worn without ankle socks and they are not meant for running really.
